At Assembly Label, we offer a flexible return policy allowing you to return full-priced items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging or a secure satchel, ensuring all original garment tags remain intact.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
